Forex Account Got STOP OUT Even though It's LOCKING. How come?

An odd incident was reported by a forex trader in an Indonesian forex group. Where in the post the forex trader expressed disappointment with the FBS broker because his trading account was hit by a Stop Out even though his trading position was in a Locking condition, how come?

Take a look at his content below

Responding to this forex trader's vent, one of the senior staff of FBS Indonesia responded to this post by asking questions that all forex traders should understand when trading forex.

Let me answer this question, yes.

Starting from the question to the TS:

1. Did you know that on FBS the spread is floating? Where the Bid and Ask prices are not fixed?

2. If the BID and ASK prices are not fixed or floating, then when we hedge or lock trading positions, our floating PROFIT or MINUS will not remain.

Did you know?

3. If our floating Profit or Minus is not fixed it will be very possible to STOP OUT, especially if:

- our margin level is approaching Margin Call

- There is a Spread Widening

So, I ask Mr. TS to learn basic trading like this so that you know the risks, know the trading conditions and don't blame each other.

That's the point of learning the basics first before clicking buy and sell :)

Okay, that's my explanation, I'm sure there are many master traders here who easily understand what's going on with the TS account.

If you don't understand...let's learn together

thank you
